Each local business partner has a Customer Success Manager. Their job is to maximize your value with Towny. Behind the CSM is a team of marketing experts, designers, and engineers to advise and help in any way.

A place to collect and store contact information of the customers who opt-in to your VIP program. They will receive engaging marketing messages, graphics, and rewards. The database of VIP members is the cornerstone of successful text marketing and VIP programs.

Messages sent to a VIP member based on their action. The following automated messages are sent:

• WELCOME: Sent to each VIP member immediately when they join.
• THANK YOU: A thank you with an incentive to come back soon! Sent 1-21 days after the member joins.
• BIRTHDAY: Sent on or before a VIP member’s birthday – may include a gift or offer to boost engagement.
• ANNIVERSARY: Sent on the anniversary of a VIP member joining your VIP Program and a great way to show appreciation.
• WIN BACK: Sent to VIP members who have not returned in a while – may be sent multiple times with different incentives to engage and entice VIPs back to your business.
• REMINDER: Sent to alert VIP members when a previously received offer, reward, or deal is about to expire.

Send an SMS or MMS message to your entire database or a segmented group of VIP members. We write and send all blasts so you can focus on your business. Most businesses send 1-2 blasts per month.

A redeemable mobile coupon sent directly to the member’s phone. It includes a link to a custom web page with all coupon details and is designed and built by your CSM.

Customers can easily join, check-in, and redeem rewards with a tablet kiosk in your business. The kiosk is custom designed for your brand.

Every Towny partner is automatically a member of a local Coalition. Our proprietary X-Discovery engine enables local businesses to promote each other, driving more sales for everyone.

A “Text to Join” keyword is a unique word used to enroll customers in your program. Customers can simply text your custom word to a “short code”, e.g. “text pizza to 12345”.

Customers can also scan your unique QR code to join and check-in to your program. The custom image can be printed and displayed around your business.
